Ralph has over 40 years of leadership in the insurance industry, having held prominent roles at some of the largest and most esteemed companies in the industry. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Revenue Officer at Pathpoint, the first digital wholesale brokerage for commercial property and casualty insurance. Ralph spearheaded the go-to-market strategy from concept to rapid growth leveraging technology to enhance sales operations and marketing. Prior to Pathpoint, he was the Chief Executive Officer of National Flood (NFS), where he revitalized the company by modernizing its technology platform and securing significant contracts, reversing revenue losses and achieving profitability within two years. Before NFS, Ralph held executive roles at Insureon/Insureon Solutions and Insurance Noodle, where he transformed a failing operation into a profitable entity by introducing innovative technology and enhancing workflows. He played a key role in the sale of Insurance Noodle to Insureon and continued to drive growth through product expansion and strategic partnerships. Earlier in his career, Ralph held various leadership positions at respected insurance firms such as Crump, CRC, TIG, and AIG. Ralph is recognized for his ability to turn underperforming operations into successful ventures through comprehensive reengineering, generating rapid growth and profit. His extensive experience and focus on technology enable to develop initiatives that enhance efficiency, drive revenue growth, and improve organizational effectiveness.
