AI Usage & Responsible Coaching Policy

Applies to: All users of the AI coaching tools and downloadable prompt resources within the IICS platform.

1. Purpose of AI Coaching

The AI tools provided on the IICS platform are designed to help members reflect on and improve their sales conversations. They are structured to provide feedback using pre-written prompt logic and are not intended to replace human coaching or judgment.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the AI tools, you agree to:

  • Use the platform for professional development only

  • Submit only your own call transcripts, notes, or coaching data

  • Review all AI-generated feedback critically and apply your own judgment before acting on suggestions

  • Avoid uploading sensitive personal data, such as health, financial, or consumer information

You remain fully responsible for how you interpret and apply any coaching output.

3. Limitations of AI Feedback

The AI tools are not designed to:

  • Provide legal, compliance, or regulatory advice

  • Replace 1-on-1 coaching or supervisory review

  • Score, grade, or certify user performance

  • Guarantee performance improvement or business outcomes

All outputs are based on training prompts and user inputs. Variations in quality, tone, or insight are possible and expected.

4. Data Handling

Call transcripts or user-submitted content are used solely for generating feedback. They are not stored, shared, or used to train third-party AI systems. You may delete or request deletion of your uploads at any time by contacting support.

5. Misuse and Restrictions

IICS reserves the right to restrict or revoke AI tool access if the system is misused, manipulated, or subjected to abuse. This includes uploading offensive material, bypassing intended workflows, or using the platform in ways inconsistent with its purpose.
