These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IICS platform, including all website pages, subscription content, microlearning modules, coaching services, and tools offered by Insurance Innovation Consulting Services.

By registering for a membership, creating an account, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use the platform. By signing up, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscription access is provided on a paid basis, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method.

All subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle. You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

4. Use of Platform

You may use the platform solely for personal or organizational professional development. You may not:

Share login credentials with unauthorized users
Redistribute, resell, or reproduce platform content without permission
Use the platform to upload malicious code or conduct unauthorized scraping
Interfere with system functionality or violate any applicable laws

IICS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to training modules, coaching prompts, AI workflows, video materials, written guides, and system design, is owned by IICS or licensed to us. Use is limited to your individual membership. No content may be copied, modified, republished, or redistributed without our express written permission.

6. Coaching and AI Use

All coaching sessions and AI-based feedback tools are designed for educational and performance support purposes. They do not constitute legal, compliance, or financial advice. Responsibility for applying insights remains with the user.

7. Limitation of Liability

IICS provides tools, structure, and training, but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, application, and external factors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IICS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse of the system, or behavior that undermines the learning environment.
