Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to: All subscription-based memberships and purchases on the IICS platform.
1. Subscription Terms
When you enroll in an IICS membership, you agree to a recurring subscription plan as outlined during checkout. You will be billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle, unless canceled in advance.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period

You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles

Cancellation requests submitted after a charge is processed will apply to the following cycle
We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for unused time within an active subscription period.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. IICS does not offer refunds for:

Mid-cycle cancellations

Missed usage of platform features

Incomplete or unattended coaching sessions

Failure to meet user-specific performance goals
Exceptions may be considered in the event of duplicate charges or verified billing errors. To request a review, contact us at support@iicsllc.com within 14 days of the transaction.
4. Special Promotions and Trials
From time to time, IICS may offer limited-time promotions, trials, or discounted introductory pricing. Each offer is governed by its own terms, which may override or supplement this policy. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
